To claim a chat, on the Chats tab, click the Claim button. The chat will open in the pane on the right. Use the Patron Information button to get some information about the patron, and the FAQs to learn about the institution's policies and links to their website. Our widgets are set up so that our local patrons receive an automatic greeting letting them know if it is Chico State librarians or co-op librarians that are answering their questions.
