Good coverage of recent history, political affairs, economic affairs & education. - Country Profiles (Business Source Premier) Datamonitor's Country Profiles are extensive and cover economy, social landscape, technology, environment, etc.
- EIU Viewswire (ABI/Inform) Reports emphasize macro-economic aspects of countries. Access in ABI Inform. Use the Browse tab; scroll down to find Country Reports; select EIU Viewswire or another report series.
- Country Studies (Area Handbook Series) Background analysis on a country's history, geography, society, economy, political system, foreign policy, and national security. They are no longer updated so use for historical data only!
