Social Work Resource Guide 

This guide is intended to serve as a general resource for Social Work courses and students at CSU Chico.  It provides an up-to-date record of databases, books, guides and other suggested resources at the Meriam Library available to students. The guide was developed by the Social Work Librarian, Jodi Shepherd.

• Social Work Databases

Use databases to search for Journal Articles on your topic or subject.  Databases provide full-text or abstracts of primary and secondary sources such as case studies and scholarly research.

Interlibrary Services (ILL) is available to request books, articles, and other items.  Often the ILL link is provided directly in the database and is the easiest way to submit a request.  Follow the "FIND IT" link and click the link Request your item through Interlibrary Services.
